Panasonic Toughbook 56

TOUGHBOOK 56 is an exicting upgrade to the former Toughbook 55. With Windows 11 Pro (or Red Hat Enterprise Linux) this semi-rugged laptop with 14" display offers an ideal computer for demanding environments.

It offers the first rugged notebook to support up to three simultaneous LAN connections (1Gb LAN, Native 2.5Gb LAN and Native 10Gb LAN). With integrated optional 4G/5G with private-5G support the Toughbook 56 can achieve reliable connectivity out in the field too.

Wtih reinforced magnesium chassis, that meets military-grade standards, IP53 rating, drop ressistance to 91cm and -29°C to +60°C operating temperature range, the Toughbook 56 is ready for the challenging applications that utlitites, field services, emergency and defence service users undertake. Although robust the Toughbook 56 maintains a slim profile and lightweight form factor with easy open (latchless) display, glove-friendly input and a new ergnomic integrated retractable handle that's grippy even in hot and cold environments.

Due to new processor and optimisation of system and LCD the Toughbook 56 has longer battery life than the former Toughbook 55, offering up to 12 hours with standard and 24 hours with optional 2nd battery.
